Mr. Kilic is an experienced management consultant and expert analyst with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency mining algorithms. He is currently a partner in a commercial scale cryptocurrency mine in Canada.
As a property development consultant, he has underwritten more than $200M in land acquisitions for property developers and has secured and managed more than $100M of construction financing.
Mr. Kilic holds a BASc. Honours in Engineering Science from Simon Fraser University with a specialization in high frequency electronics, mathematical modelling and physics.
Mr. Pais has been the CFO of four successful companies. Most recently, he was the CFO of Apivio Systems Inc., a TSX listed developer of VoIP products that was sold to Nuri Telecom, a Korean Public Company. Prior to that, he worked for the worlds’ leading developer and manufacturer of stranders that was sold to Kadant Inc., a Boston based NYSE listed Public company.
He was also CFO at a developer of cellular base stations and switching gear that he helped spin-off from UT Starcom, a NASDAQ listed company. He was the CFO at a developer of VoIP server and endpoint software with offices in North America, Asia and Europe.
Prior to that, Mr. Pais was a Senior Vice President at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, specializing in M&A and financing. His investment banking experience spans a number of industries.
As a senior systems engineer Mr. Ages developed the operating system strategy and process engineering for the Mercedes (Daimler AG) hydrogen car. In his time developing the Daimler AG hydrogen fuel cell vehicle program, he also ran a laboratory that researched accelerated stress tests on novel fuel cell catalysts.
An expert in engineering technical specifications and advanced testing development and qualification, Mr. Ages' foundational skill sets are in computer algorithms, physics and multi-dimensional math.
He holds a BASc. Honours in Engineering Physics from Simon Fraser University.
Mr. Sebag is a co-founder and CEO of Goldmoney, the world’s largest gold savings and payment platform with $2B in precious metals savings. His career spans diverse industries including technology, precious metals and investment management. Mr. Sebag began his career as a portfolio manager founding a hedge-fund that specialized in contrarian investing in global public equity markets.

Mr. Crumb is a co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Goldmoney, the world’s largest gold savings and payment platform with $2B in precious metals savings. He previously held the position of Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London, UK. Mr. Crumb holds a MSc. in Mineral Economics, a Graduate Certificate in International Political Economy, and a BSc. in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Mr. Jaques was the founding CFO of PayPal and SVP of Silicon Valley Bank. He brings the viewpoint of a senior level financial executive with experience in private equity, early stage high-growth companies and banking. Mr. Jaques is currently the CFO of Greenough Consulting Group which provides advice to emerging, mid-market and private equity firms.
Mr. Costa currently serves as VP and Portfolio Manager of Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation. Mr. Costa also serves as a director for Almonty Industries Inc., a tungsten mining company. He also held previous roles as the Director of UBS Securities Canada, as Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York, and as Vice President at Goldman Sachs Canada Inc. in Toronto.
Mr. Lum is the architect of the Fortress flagship facility. He has 20+ years as a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur and has been operating commercial crypto mining since 2014. Mr. Lum was the recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year and Top 40 under 40 awards.
As Director of Mining Operations for Bitmain, YongGang Gao was instrumental in managing Bitmain's 7 crypto-currency mines around the world, with total power consumption of 175MW. He is a graduate of Bejing University with a Masters in Science, specializing in communications and information systems. Gao currently operates a 50MW crypto-currency mine in Inner-Mongolia.
Mr. Howell is a senior gaming executive with 15 years of experience in mobile, PC, and console game development. He was the Chief Technology Officer of Kabam, a world leader in AAA mobile games.
Mr. Sood leads Capital One’s blockchain initiatives; he joined in 2015 following the sale of his technology consultancy, Monsoon Company, to Capital One. He is a technology entrepreneur, software consultant and investor.
Mr. Borda is the CEO of Tokensoft, a whitelabel SaaS token sale platform based in Palo Alto, California. Prior to his current role he was a software engineer at BitGo, a blockchain security platform that secures over $2 Billion in transfers per month.
Mr. Hickey has held senior investment banking positions at BMO Capital Markets and at JPMorgan in London, UK. He holds a BCom from McGill University and a MA from the University of Oxford.
Mr. White is President and CEO of Ascot Resources, an emerging gold and silver exploration company in BC. He has more than 30 years of experience in mining and metals and capital markets.
